Chardonnay
After fermentation on its lees in French oak barrels, the wine has an unusual freshness and great elegance, overlaid with silkiness and spicy and toasted notes of wood. Made from high quality grapes, the micro evaporation results in an expressive and well-rounded wine in which all its components are well integrated. Appealing and bright straw-yellow colour. Nose with good expression of fruit, notes of pineapple and melon with pleasant hints of oak that broaden into toasted, nutty, exotic and floral notes.

To drink on its own
Pair with baked fish, risotto dishes, bluefin tuna tataki with teriyaki sauce, serrano ham.
